Autocollect adjusted for bamboo and kelp​

What are you suggesting:

When using a B2 or B3 bamboo, kelp, and sugarcane it auto collects all supported blocks of same type that have grown above.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

With the low value of bamboo, kelp and sugarcane + the value of the 2-3 boosts required to auto collect, it seems reasonable that more than 1 item is collected.
This will also entice other players to boost the more uncommon crops as they will become a little more profitable.​
