What are you suggesting:

Gives a small boost to mcmmo level for the Alchemy potions made.
Example having a boosted mundane potion in your inventory gives you additional mcmmo exp to making the mundane potion.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Alchemy potions seems to not be used much if at all. This gives the Potions a use and can make it a collector item.​
