What are you suggesting:

Boost 1 - 1 exp from mining quartz ore in nether
Boost 2 - 3 exp from mining quartz ore in nether
Boost 3 - 5 exp from mining quartz ore in nether​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

It would be great to be able to gain exp again from mining in the nether. This could be a way to do it.​
