Boosted Chest​

What are you suggesting:

If a minecraft chest is boosted;

level 1 - allow user to /chestname name
level 2 - allow user to /chest open name (allowing the user to open the chest from any location)
level 3 - allow the user to add x amount of space to a named chest allowing it to hold more items​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Nameable chests being able to be oppened from anywhere ( on the same server) main , main mining, main nether etc. would allow for more chest functionality and allow users to have access to named chests to better sort their items and have access to them at a moments notice.​
