Boosted Cocoa Beans / Magic Axe Addition​

What are you suggesting:

I am suggesting that boosted cocoa beans have a certain addition to them.

Boost I: 50% chance of double drops.
Boost II: 100% chance of double drops.
Boost III: 100% chance of double drops AND auto-replant.

I am not sure if boost is the best implementation for this. Therefore, I leave it up to ECC admins to determine what the best way to go about this is.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Currently, nearly all crops can be replanted with the Magic Hoe.

I did test if cocoa beans can be replanted similarly to other crops, but was disappointed to see that I couldn't. Even if I could, a magic hoe does not break cocoa nearly as fast as a magic axe does. For this reason, I am thinking that auto-replant for cocoa be applied to magic axes. At the same time, I understand it may be a rather large task to implement this, and that magic axes do have some rather great benefits already (namely, the tree feller ability, increased drop rates, and auto-replant with tree feller). Because of this, as an alternative, I suggest that boosted cocoa beans be given this ability.​
