Boosted Magic Rod​

What are you suggesting:

Add increased odds for tropical fish to boosted magic rods. Currently it seems like the tropical fish to pufferfish drop ratio is about 1:1 (unless you fish in a warm ocean, then trops are a little more frequent). With a boosted rod you could get higher ratios of tropical fish, for example:

2:1 tropical fish to puffers for l1 boosted magic rod
3:1 for a l2 boosted magic rod
4:1 for a l3 boosted magic rod​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

If someone is willing to spend the money to boost their rod, they could get the chance to fish up more trops than puffs. This would be a great way to use the new boost feature on one of the biggest grinding methods​
