The L3 magic pickaxe already has similar mechanics where it guarantees 4x diamonds, 6x emeralds, 18x iron, and 18x gold. +9001 Also I think you could do the same effect for boosted Redstone and Prismarine shards and crystals too upon killing the guardians drop more Prismarine shards and crystals.
