What are you suggesting:

I am suggesting that Boosted TNT acts as infinite TNT with a cooldown based on the boost level.

B1 - Can click to throw/place TNT every 7 seconds
B2 - Can click to throw/place TNT every 5 seconds
B3 - Can click to throw/place TNT every 3 seconds​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

TNT is pretty cheap to obtain, with many players using creepers in their mob setups, like myself, and sand obviously being easy to collect. I think this idea would make nether mining a bit more fun for those who blast mine without being too overpowered by establishing a cooldown.​
