iirc, the only suspicious sand/gravel that has treasure is those that naturally spawn, so I don’t think this would do anything.
Plus, I do know placed suspicious blocks don’t generate anything anyway -
Clar is able to put custom items in sus sand. For instance she gave away sus sand at spleef event and they had diamond blocks and nstars in it

Not gonna add this.
It would only be useful for custom-created suspicious sand/gravel and I don't plan on making that so common that you need a command to automatically convert it into prizes.
Normally occurring sus sand/gravel does not drop with its loot in the block item.-
