Currently Chorus Plant is actually unobtainable as via the minecraft wiki: The only way to obtain them currently is via the Star Casino and I dont think anyone wants to sell there unobtainables for $3.50 As the Chorus Flower is currently unsellable, changing it to chorus fruit I assume was the original plan? (I assume the original Idea was the Flower is $3.50 and the plant is unsellable along with the Item being Magic Flower? But I dont know.) Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?: Changing the Magic Chorus Plant to Magic Chorus Fruit would: a. Give the Magic item actual meaning as currently it is the most pointless Magic item out there being able to obtain items only through the Star Casino. b. Give a added emphasis to chorus farming. c. +1 I get confused about which of the 3 are obtainable all the time, but yes it's just the flower and fruit that are obtainable. The Chorus Plant is a prize in the star casino as it's an unobtainable item. I assume Andrew was supposed to make the magic item a Chorus Flower, not a Chorus Plant. It's actually surprising how nobody has commented on this, maybe I'm the only sucker with this magic item, but then again I've only just figured out why nobody was selling me any of these ._. Honestly, I would like to see the Chorus Plant made unsellable to the server, the Chorus Flower changed to $3.50 - or whatever is decided (it should definitely be higher than a Chorus Fruit which is $2.10 as they are harder to get), and the "Magic Chorus Plant" changed to a "Magic Chorus Flower". However, I can just sense Andrew discontinuing this item due to the fact that nobody farms in the End, or maybe this can be the chance to make it more worthwhile
I believe the magic chorus plant got discontinued as the magic axe no longer gives chorus plants when breaking chorus trees. nvm ignore this: was thinking of warped warp block
I used to farm a ton of chorus plants pre-magic day...you have to build a significant farm in the end in order to make real money and I can't imagine it's worth it for one day every few weeks. That's likely why no one is selling you any. It's basically useless now. A change of some kind would be nice.
Ah i understand now, my apologies. Maybe, im not sure if it gives you that or not. Still think itll be nice to make it widely more usefull then to people with one tool, all the other magic items are afterall.
No "Derp" here. Magic Axe (in Tree Feller mode) drops Chorus Plant and Flower when Magic is Enabled. That is why the Magic Item Chorus Plant exists. No need to convert the item to Chorus Fruit, this is an intended farming method.
