-1 Tool ids are random. If you assign your own stuf fto them... we run into problems of matching ids or people finding out other people's ids because they wanted the same one... with the toolhunter feature this gives way too much info to someone simply cause someone wanted to make meme ID's

My initial idea was to make them available if they’re paid for by USD, so it could be unique and not able to be accessed by any user at any time they want and however many times they want.

The own system is not a cosmetic, its a tracking utility for tools, no need for custom ID's.
