+1 Would make sense that /own tools shouldn't be going into disposal signs or maybe even /trash So a confirmation or block completely would be a nice extra to have if you dobplace something in there by mistake It does happen after all
+1 If people really think that tool lose is required to increase the scarcity of tools, that should be accomplished by raising god drop prices.
+1 similarly to how owned tools do not get removed when doing /ci this would be a nice feature to have.
Definitely +1 for barring owned items (I would go further and say spawners and keys should be barred as well). +0 for conformation. Feels like an extra step that would get annoying eventually
