+1 I endorse this idea. Due to the nether star trade, EXP is already a key part of the economy. Thus, adding this component would not act to the detriment of it, and it would make life easier as people would be free of lower limits to EXP exchange (the nether star price) as well as increments of trade.
If the person doesn't have nstars, he can buy them at /warp starshop. If he doesn't have enough xp to buy a nstar, then the suggestion is pointless since he has very few xp. Nstars are a convertible currency in Exp (/warp starshop) and ECD (player market)
