There's just no feasible way to do this in an automated fashion, without a very large amount of work. It would be a very heavy project, simply because I'd want it to be fully automated, in the sense you can regenerate a previously owned tool if it's been despawned for example, once every x amount of time. This would be a very large project, due to the amount of checks needed for all edge case scenarios. As such, I just do not see the benefit to this. It's better to just be careful with your stuff.
