Itemfilter - stop lag​

What are you suggesting:

When you toggle itemfilter, and t.ex. farming wheat, and not collecting the seeds, the area around gets so laggy, its barely playable. I therefore suggest to either dispose, or sell items that is not been picked up, only when itemfilter is toggled.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Stop all the lags.​
