What are you suggesting:

Let players form a small "Job Crew" and share Job EXP, not Job Money and Job Points with nearby crew members while they grind together.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Every incentive currently pushes players to grind alone in their own space, because sharing a mining area or a farm actively costs you progress. The result is a server full of people doing the same activity next to each other with no reason to do it together. Job Crews give a mechanical reason to group up, and grouped players stay online longer, talk more, and come back tomorrow.​
