-1, this makes no sense. Don't gamble if you're not willing to lose, there's no reason to make a new feature because people want to save 5% on lotto taxes.
+1 and while you’re at it, can you tell Caesar’s Palace and the other Las Vegas casinos for bet forgiveness as well (This is a sarcastic +1 btw)
Gambling is a risk. There is no safety net for that in the real world. For a comparison, it's like people who knowingly built up a lot of loans to go to college asking for loan forgiveness. It's not economically feasible and will negatively impact the economy in the long term. Less money coming out of the economy from lotto/cf means more has to be taken out else where like TAXES.
Gambling is a risk, you accept the risk when you choose to gamble. Don't gamble if you're not prepared to take the losses.
