Short title for your suggestion:

Magic Pick & Placed Blocks​

What are you suggesting:

Allow the Magic Pick to work on placed blocks (except the L3 double drop chance. Keep that blocked for obvious dupe reasons). Basically allow the following for placed blocks:
- The 18 raw items for all gold, iron, & copper ores
- The 4 diamonds for all diamond ores
- The 6 emeralds for all emerald ores
- The Fortune 4 on the L3 (idr if this works or not for placed blocks)
- The 3x EXP drop (this one can potentially be scrapped)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

AFAIK, this was changed because of the old magic tools being barred to certain days to stop people from obtaining mass ores & magic picking them on magic days. Well, with magic being permanent, there really isn't any point any of this should be barred; if people want to take more time silk touching ores and then placing them later, then Godspeed.

This will also potentially make mining a little better and add some more value to magic picks​

Other information:

Again, the 10% double drop for the L3 should 100% not be active for placed blocks.​
