Mythic Rank increases chance of shinny​

What are you suggesting:

I am suggesting that the mythic rank should give an additional boost to finding shinnies. Can be a small percentage chance of finding shinnies.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Because players want shines for the collector prestige.
Players can trade/sell shines to other players.
Also the tag itself is also shinny too so it would make sense to give a shinny finding boost. ​
