Pale Garden Stuff in Blockshop​

What are you suggesting:

Adding the 1.21.4 nature items to Blockshop. The following items would be included:
- Pale Moss
- Pale Hanging Moss
- Eyeblossom (at least one of the two variants, if not both)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

With the new Mining World not being a 1.21.4 generated world, these items cannot be obtained yet. Players are kind of disappointed from what I heard in chat, so this would be a good way to make them happier.

In addition, for the Eyeblossom specifically, we have other rarer flowers in blockshop/colorshop, so it would be good to have that there too.​
