I like this idea but think it would be a decent amount of work on the backend for a small benefit. Though it can take up valuable inventory space, you can achieve something similar with power tools and the /itemfilter commands.
Pretty much my thoughts here. We won't be starting a large project like this for something that is just QoL for a small number of users. Unfortunately development time is focused in other areas at this time.
