Replace SGS prestige with an events pres​

What are you suggesting:

That the current prestige obtained from survival games be replaced with a more generic prestige obtained from events​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Let's face it. Survival games is dead. There's no bearing round the bush with that one. And yet, there still remains a (potentially now unobtainable) prestige attached to it.

Therefore, in the spirit of that prestige, I suggest adding a generic events prestige obtained from winning one of the larger scale events. From the rotation of said larger events I can think of, these requirements could be as follows:
- one off large scale events (speed tourney, elytra racing etc) 1st place
- month long events (build comp) winning person / team receive prestige, allowing for builders to potentially sell spots on their team for the potential of getting prestige​

Other information:

All current SGS prestige people would have their prestige converted to events prestige (as SGS games are more likely to be active now as an every now and then event)​
