What are you suggesting:

Allow players to set the rock-growth deny flag in their towns​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Would allow players to stop budding amethyst from growing. Good for cosmetic + makes building easier + reduces lag.​

Other information:

Don't think there are any downsides? Can be added to tc++ or something.​
