Short title for your suggestion:

Rotation Lock for Rotatable Blocks​

What are you suggesting:

Add a togglable Rotation Lock feature that locks blocks that have rotatable states (like logs, stairs, glazed terracotta, etc). Maybe even add it to a new feature package (which I've been dubbling as TownBuilder on other suggestions)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

For people who build, blocks that have rotational states can be frustrating to place, especially in bulk. Something like this would be beneficial to help bring people back into a building spirit​
