What part of EcoCityCraft is this suggestion for:
    All Main Servers
    Short title for your suggestion:
star and magic tool property taxes
    What are you suggesting:
Owning a star or magic tool requires you to pay a tax. If the tax is not paid the tool will become inactive. I further suggest that the tax be one netherstar per star tool and two netherstars for a magic tool per week. It's simple. Any netherstar in your inventory will be used to charge the tool for one week if you try to use an uncharged tool. The tool will then work for the next week. Uncharged tools will be unusable until they are charged.
Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
It will protect the economy from eventual collapse under the weight of netherstars that "come in but do not go out". Nether stars keep coming in and get turned into tools and I think that will eventually destroy the economy.
    Other information:
A more aggressive version of this is that tools that are not charged lose 1% durability per week. People can still /repair them, but if they are left in a chest and ignored they will disappear. I think 100 weeks (2 years) is a fair time period for that to occur. I actually think 5% per week is better. But hey.
    Plugin or custom addition:

    One suggestion per form:
    I Understand.

I think this is far too complex of a system to implement just in order to remove nether stars from the economy.
Unfortunately we will not be taking on this project.
