I am suggesting that 10 sets be exchanged for an equal proportion of super suit. let me explain fully.
-We all know that 1 full set of t1 is equivelant to 1 piece of t4. a set of t2 = 2 piece t4, etc.
-exchanging 10 sets of t4 gets you 1 = t4 super suit
-if both are true than 10 sets of t1 = 1 t4 supersuit item (boots, pants, etc.). t2 = 2 pieces of super suit, t3 = 3, t4 = 4 as it already is.
If these are randomly assigned and a player exchanges 20 t1 suits and gets 2 super suit boots, tough luck try again. (or can offer the choice, but i think random is a better option)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

obtaining full suits is a challenge regardless of tier. obtaining 10 suits of same tier, even harder. t1-3 have no real hype and this would resolve that. also unlike jdawgers suggestion, this would not require 3 completely different suits too.​
