Upgrading magic tools​

What are you suggesting:

We have to own a magic tool to /magic it when upgrading and that makes it a different item name and cant be sold in the same sale sign.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

It makes it easier for people to find the magic tools they want without having to search 1000 signs to find them​
