Wool boost item To please the thief​

What are you suggesting:

that we have a chance with boosted wool level 1 random chance to drop random color wool
boost level 2 chance to drop double wool and boosted 3 chance to spawn a random sheep or jeb

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

the thief would stop steeling sheep and would make wool getting more enticing​

Other information:

i would rather have it a vary low chance of spawning a random sheep but ill settel for more wool​
