Manager of America's job is to make sure everyone else is doing their jobs. You would check once a week to make sure everyone has actually been doing their duty.

I am interested in joining one of America's wonderful departments.
Of prime interest is joining the Army commanded by RevanRose6 as some kind of officer.

I specialize in pokemon cheers, pokemon battles, pokemon captures -- i have captured Mew, Mew2003, and LegendaryTrio. However I accidentally used a moonstone on Legendary, and he devolved into LegendaryDuo, which doesn't seem to have any useful abilities.
