As far as I know, the America sg team is only open to comayors but I'll tag Lee1104 to see what he says.

You would have to pm xpurexcorex. He won't be on for a while though, so you'll have to wait.

He's been having a bit of issues with his forums lately, but there's really nothing you can do besides wait.
