Disable Shulker Butchering​

What are you suggesting:

I’m suggesting that shuckers do not get butchered anymore due to them not spawning again naturally and them being containing very limited shulker shells.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

This will be a good addition since shuckers are very limited in quantity and there is no way for them to spawn again within anarchy​
