I can think of 2 possible reasons for this: Have they donated on the skyblock server and not on main? Not sure if that would allow them to chat in VIP or not. https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/entering-leaving-chat-all-users.185169/ Not sure if it was intentional for VIP chat to be available to all users but this could be the reason.
