Avowin's loan and safe company!

As the title suggests, this is a company owned my me that will be giving out loans and will have safes for people that want to keep money in the safe so they don't use it for like lotto, or just want somewhere to keep it safe.

For a loan, I will take about 20% more from the loan i give you (ie I give 10k loan, you pay back 12k). I will make a contract, and the time will be discussed beforehand. To apply for a loan, use this:

A safe is pretty much a way for you to save money up without the tempations of buying other things or lottoing your money.

New renovations: I will be adding smallish late fees for loans, depending on the amount of loan. For safes, I will probably remove the 5% as it takes too much math, and make it a weekly/monthly payment thing.​

Depending on the size of the loan depends on the time you get
1k-10k is about 1 week
10k-25k is about 2 weeks
25k-40k is about 3 weeks

no it will not. This money is for you to keep safe so no one can acess it. the only way it would be used for other loans is if the owner gave consent to let it be used for loans. I will add that in the format

 

if they do do loans they can earn some of that money back. that is just for using it (like if you want to make sure you don't ever use lotto)

 

The loans for the safe can be used to earn some of the money back and it is to make sure that you don't use it for something you don't want to. And as long as I am on you can take money out of the sign. There will be signs outside of my house where you can put money in and it will be put into a bunker where only I can acess it

 

Denied. I cannot trust a builder with 20k. I can start with 10k though, and I would make a contract for this, saying if you don't pay me all of it at that time, you would probably be banned.

 

I would make a sign in the bunker where I would transfer the money into. I would put a sign outside with your name above it that would give you lets say 1 dirt for 500$. That 500 would be transferred into the bunker into the sign there.

 

you can always ask me how much you have in your balance in that sign whenever you want, just to make sure that I didn't scam you anything
