Reason of Ban: Loan scamming.

Clause 2 - Scamming
- A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
- Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.
Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: What this rule basically says is that you're not allowed to take money for goods/services that you are unable to provide. I must be able to return the funds that I have borrowed in the agreed upon timeframe. Basically, scamming is by all means illegal on EcoCityCraft.
Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I acknowledge the fact that I broke a very serious rule on this server and I am truly sorry. I knew that I shouldn't have taken out as many loans as I did when I clearly was unable to pay them back. I understand that this ban appeal is quite old, but I have not been able to play for various reasons. I had family problems which didn't allow me to play as often that I would like. For this very reason I was unable to come up with the funds necessary to pay back the loans that I took. I am truly sorry for breaking this important rule and wish to become an active member of the EcoCityCraft community once again.
