- A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
- Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.
Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:
From what i can remember, i was banned because i borrowed something of a player for a cost that had to be payed back within a certain amount of time, and i failed to reach the deadline leading me to be banned, i fully understand that paying for goods or loaning items off a player should be completed fairly where both parties meet the agreement. and i understand that previously i didn't do that and i have learned from my mistake.Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:
I would like to be unbanned so i can play on this server again as it has been years, I feel i may have been banned for borrowing a axe of someone and not paying back in time, if that is the case and the user is still active ill happily pay back if possible, i just want to be able to play on here again <3

As you've found out we take scamming very seriously here; this is not something we put up with. You've been away from EcoCityCraft a long time and I believe you understand what you did was wrong (by not meeting your deadline) so I will therefore be giving you another chance. Under the normal circumstances you would be given a timeframe in which you have to pay back this debt to @thehockeykids2, however, as this user is now inactive (hasn't been on the forums in over 1 year) I will not be setting a timeframe for this debt.
Please don't feel that because I'm not setting a timeframe now that you're off the hook, if @thehockeykids2 returns in the future, they have the right to file a complaint and have a timeframe set; it is in your best interest to collect the money owed and store it away in case.
For reference, you were banned due to this complaint.
