Scamming is when one does not return an item and thus breaks an agreement or contract.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted:

I feel as I should be unbanned because the incident occurred a long time ago when I was much younger and occurred due to a horrible accident. I have a lot of time on my hands now and can repay the item I lost.​
