Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients
Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

OK. I would just like to say that I'm not going to lie further as it has spiralled in to something so awful over the past couple of months or so. So, I am going to say now that I had a client and used it on ECC.

Some/most of you might ask what my intentions were, well they were simple. I didn't want eco dollars, I didn't want to look as if I was some sort of PvP master, no. I deliberately got myself banned in game and 2 weeks from the forums because ECC was really stressing me out. I had alternatives, like be inactive for weeks, months, or years but I just decided that getting banned was the only solution.

Another FAQ I will be asked is "Will you hack again?"

Absolutely not. I've done multiple things that are quite severe. I have harassed many people and all my previous bans have been harassment related and I regret all of them but hacking is the one I regret the most. I've thrown my reputation, however big or small it may be, out the window and I have betrayed my friends who had helped me before by using a hacked client (e.g. @BuildsByGideon just bought me president the day before by handing me the whole 180k).

I apologise to @oootopia @Whammerist5 @Smeefy @slipoutside @BuildsByGideon @miner1975 @imSwag__ and all my other friends for taking advantage of the lot of you. You all helped me in multiple different ways. Either by helping me try to get over depression, making me laugh and smile, achieving one of my goals to get president or just being very loyal to me. I hope I can wipe the slate clean and we can push past this.

And I apologise to the community for illegitimately earning ECD and using a client. I hope you can be forgiving on my return and we can just forget this ever happened.

As I have said in my staff application (which I can't apply for staff anymore because I'm banned) I said I am trying to turn a new leaf. I still have stuck by what I have said and I hope you can see that I'm making an effort to turn my reputation and my ECC life around.

I am truly sorry.
