Reason of Ban: loan scamming @monkeyBUTT244

Rule violated: breach 0f contract/loan scamming

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Breaching a contract means you failed to uphold your end of a deal. In the case 0f loan scamming, this simply means you failed to pay back the loan by the agreed time.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I might as well come clean, this isn't my first ban and it's even my second ban for the same offence. I wish to be unbanned because I still enjoy ECC and losing access is somewhat upsetting. I also feel some guilt with regard to the mess I've caused and wish to rectify this if/when given the opportunity. I intend. if/when I am unbanned, to pay back the full amount promptly and with no fuss, raising the funds by selling a few high value assets. I also intend to forum pm a GA (or any appropriate staff member) the screenshots of the payment to ensure this is sorted. I wish to apologise to all those involved and I hope this can be resolved soon.

EDIT: My free time IRL is a little scarce at this moment in time. so this may or not affect proceedings...

 

none has been paid @nicit6 Despite this, I am willing to paid the full amount owed as a lump sum upon the lifting on my ban as soon as it is possible for me to do so.

 

I'm aware that I'm not meant to bump my appeal or pester staff members, as ban appeals are lowest priority, but I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for my appeal to be handled and just wish to ask the staff team where they stand on my appeal?

@nicit6 7 days should suffice
