Okay I banned you for scamming because your account was used to scam another player, at the end of the day your account was used to scam another player. We have no solid evidence proving that you were at your friends house and your accounts security is your responsibility. May I recommend changing your minecraft password and maybe the password onto your computer as well if you have siblings that might have hopped on and done this. I am issuing a 3 day temp ban over the scamming, when you get back on there is the expectation that you pay mayfield2015 back either $3000 or a fortune 3 book with in a week. User to be temp banned for 3 days
