Well i feel like a cool idea would be if some one has purchased a feature before the EULA strike that they can revive a nifty little medal that says Before EULA. In my opion to be a cool little side medal for people. - Babylonian

Since you can still donate, how about just a medal that signifies you've donated real money to the server. that way before eula and after eula can still get the medal
Medals have an awarded date. If its before May 1st, chances are you donated hard currency. No need for this.
This would make it so that new players could never get all the new medals. -1 Instead, we should have a medal showing that you donated real money to the server, like what @travellord said.
If anything we should add a "post-EULA" medal... a little bit of extra incentive to support the server now.
andrew didn't comply to EULA to punish anyone, he did it because he had to, I don't think new players should be punished by not being able to obtain the same medals that those who joined earlier could or by giving players who donated usd for non-EULA compliant feats special medals. No one wanted EULA but mojang and I don't think we should be divisive about it for no good reason. I'm glad for the real money I spent to support the server but I don't need any special way to lord it over new people.
No offense but to me this seems like a "look how special I am" medal. I really don't think that is necessary. -1
