Bikini Bottom Real Estate is currently in production!
Its been a long time coming, but Bikini_Bottom is about ready to start recruiting some residents! I am currently working on an array of pre-builts, both furnished an unfurnished, single family homes, duplexes, apartments... I will even be making some shops near the warp!
I currently have one small one bedroom available (10k) if you'd like to be Bikini_Bottom's first resident in over a year, but please remember the town will remain under construction for a bit!
We now have a larger (at least 2 bedroom) Unfurnished house for sale! This one will run about 20k, see photo below:
A small, canal studio also just hit the market for 5k:
Lastly, a mid-sized, water front, 1 bedroom available for 12k:

This is true but wored bad. Who mostly buys houses? Builders, residents, and mayors. Theyre probs not gonna want a home for 35k. 25k should be highest but its completely on you. I jave trouble selling 15k houses in my town.....

Hey guys, thank you for your feedback! The economy sure has changed, I used to sell 10x10 empty plots for 10k, crazy!
Anyway, I've cut all the prices down so the most expensive is 20k now instead of 35k and such.
