About

BrownTown was created on April 13th, 2019.
It has yet to be completed! However, enough is done for it to be open to the public.

BrownTown was built by me alone, with the help of Kozz!
Countless hours have been dedicated to its creation, and we are amazed at how it turned out!

Rules

#1: No Griefing - Do NOT BREAK ANY block you did not place.
#2: Building - You can only PLACE blocks WITHIN your home.
#3: Inactivity - Players inactive for 2+ weeks without notice will be removed.
#4 Payment - Payment for housing must be paid in FULL within 7 days.
#5 Stealing - Do NOT take from any chest that is not yours.
#6 Decency - Be appropriate towards all other players.

Housing prices varies from $3,000 to $8,000!
For sale signs are placed on individual houses with details.
Prices vary according to different factors such as # floors, square footage, and view from windows!
