I think there was some sort of issue with having the hub portal active on both Legacy and Rising. Although I don't remember. Would have to tag @JamieSinn here and see if he can remind us Also, if it should work on Legacy, I forgot how to make cross-server portals lol. derp. @JamieSinn remind me
