[Bug Report] Cannot break spawners

Brief Description: Cannot break spawners with a Magic Mace L3 B3

Instructions:

1. /lock the spawner
2. use the mace on the spawner

How many times did you recreate this?: a few.

Result: You cannot break spawners in the Mining world. Once they are placed they are permanently locked to that spot.

Expected Result: Gives you the spawner.

Nothing was lost as this spawner was a wild one.
