Brief Description:
The /cc command to open the rare crates is not working

Instructions:
1) Have minecraft 1.16.4
2) Do /kit rare (or obtain rare crate keys otherwise)
3) do /cc to open
4) Recieve 'Such command, no permissions' message

How many times did you recreate this?:
Maybe 10?

Result:
Such command, no permission

Expected Result:
Opens menu so you can open the rare crates
