Minecraft Username: @PyroTechnix_ Brief Description: I lag out 90% of the time trying to switch servers (Mainly VMR to Main and vice versa). Instructions: 1. Jump into Main or VMR 2. Play around for a while 3. Try to change servers 4. "Connecting to ..." shows but I lag out and only when I relog do I successfully change servers. How many times did you recreate this?: A good 20 times. I thought it was on my end at first but it seems @KiwiAngelTwist, @yavanna12 and @RealRichNixon have experienced/are experiencing the same issue. Result: Lagging out when trying to switch servers and having to relog to get a successful switch. Expected Result: To join the specified server without having to relog. Evidence: I will post when this happens again.
this has happened to me on numerous occasions too. I thought it was an issue with my internet. Also happens everytime i get summoned to lobby too.
When I was hardcore doing VMR, this happened to me too. It mostly happened when I frequently switched to and from main and VMR. Never happened when I just switched once or twice tho
I've too had this happen, but at this time, I have no proper continuous reproduction methods, and genuinely cannot investigate fully. I'll keep an eye out in the future however and see if something sticks out when it happens. If anyone happens to come across proper reproduction steps that work 100% of the time would be great.
I was switching between main and mn without a problem yesterday night (EST). First time I didn't have to log out and log back in to properly switch servers. I haven't checked it after this recent maintenance today. I will verify this is still the case a little later

I haven't noticed any issues as of yet (ping usually hovers around 40ms). I will definitely drop a reply to this thread if this happens again. Thanks for investingating this; seems like it was a rather tough one to track down but glad you were able to get around to it. (It's been irking me for some time now.)
This has happened to me just now. Ping was 44ms, going from Main to VMR, 2/27 ~4:24 PM server time. EDIT: Another occurrence: ping was 49ms, going from VMR to Main, 2/28, ~12:12 PM. When I logged back in, I was forced onto MN with a message sometimes seen in chat: "The server you were previously on went down, you have been connected to a fallback server". Reconnected to VMR, ping was 36ms, and was booted once again. "Timed out" was the kick message.
This just happened to me going from Main to Main North as well, very similar to how Nixon described. 114 Ping
Honestly not much I can do here, it seems related to ping, and AFK’ing for a long time. Perhaps one day we’ll track it down.
