I tested this out on the Main Server, inside of one of the towns I'm a Co-Mayor in. Either it only happens certain times, but I tried it 25+ times in different locations, showed up at the same spots over and over again, but no where else. I'm standing at the coords of 12433 74 -5743 in the town of Shadows. It occurs when I put a sign exclamation mark either by itself or at the end of any sentence. Or just a sign down what so ever. But strangely it doesn't appear when I put the signs down anywhere else. I know I can just move the sign, but I'm curious as to why it pops up there. Here's a screenshot as well:
This is due to the fact that the outline of item 17 above resembles a current gate type we have. I've now removed that gate type (as it's no longer used) and this issue should be fixed. Please confirm @Ozzyblack21
