Actually Ieptar voted on the poll twice, if you look at the "yes" and the "sometimes" it shows he voted twice while you can only vote once. My guess would be that since he is only supposed to be able to vote once, and two users had voted, yet he did twice, it measured the weight of the two users and assigned the percentage of his weight to each option he voted for. LOL kinda just confused myself with what I just typed
