Brief Description: Using /repair messages to stop the repair notifications coming up does not currently work, you still receive the messages even when toggled off.

Instructions: 1. Use /repair messages to disable the repair messages from showing.
2. Repair a tool/item
3. Note that you still receive the "Repaired [tools]..." message.
