[Bug Report] Respinner GUI unavailable after relogging

Brief Description:
The Respinner GUI will not properly reappear after relogging, which means you will lose your respin if you exit out of the GUI for whatever reason.

Instructions:
- Open a crate (tested with spawner and egg) if you have Respinner.
- When the Respinner GUI appears, press ESC to close it.
- Log back in, which seems to re-open the GUI and immediately close the GUI.

How many times did you recreate this?:
About 5 times in total last night and this morning.

Result:
The Respinner GUI opens for a fraction of a second (see video) and immediately closes, which makes it impossible to actually use the respin. /cc claim still works, so you can at least still get the original prize.

Expected Result:

Based on this, I would assume the Respinner GUI to open and stay open after relogging so that I can actually press the button that respins the crate.

Also tried it with Vanilla 1.21 last night, exact same issue.

 

Okay, I asked a couple players to test this.
@aux0 - not working, exact same behavior as in my video.
@TheCravedOne - working.
@ChefCraft19 - working.

The only thing I noticed is that both @aux0 and I only have the base feature, @TheCravedOne and @ChefCraft19 have Respinner++.

 

The issue is still happening for me, no changes.
Tested on Main and Main North with vanilla 1.21.

 

I am not using a VPN, and I have not used /2fa since my ServerAdmin days. I also tried to rule out anything that could fire upon login (e.g. chest shop notifications or vote reminders).
